The design of this office for a local developer focused on creating a light, bright, and inviting environment that reflects the company’s forward-thinking approach. The new 3,400 square foot space marks a significant transformation from their previous dark and enclosed office, shifting toward an open, contemporary aesthetic that supports collaboration and productivity. The floor plan was developed through a collaborative design approach, ensuring that the client’s operational needs were met while improving flow and functionality.

Reception was opened up into the kitchen coffee space to activate the entry, reinforcing the organizations sense of community and connection among team members.  The result is a workspace that feels open and energized—one that supports the client’s vibrant team and embodies their values of transparency, collaboration, and innovation.
