When energy drink leader Red Bull moved their Vancouver office to the historic warehouse district of Yaletown, it was imperative that the new design reflect the company’s status as an iconic global brand while accommodating their laidback urban corporate culture. The SSDG design emphasized this duality by creating a polished high-tech office environment within the warehouse-style shell. The Red Bull brand speaks of youth, energy, and creativity, so the design team used open planning with a benching workstation system, and flexible social areas accommodate collaboration and teamwork.
