The planning integrates the wealth management team with the daily personal banking services in a welcoming yet professional atmosphere. The Prospera brand emphasizes trust, building relationships, and providing high-level customer service, so the team designed a space that is transparent and comfortable, with glazed panels enabling natural light transmission and clear sightlines for staff to see and greet clients. Open areas with lounge seating, semi-enclosed personal service stations, and natural materials create a friendly banking experience that is revitalizing the membership.
