Miku is one of Vancouver’s top 10 restaurants. Their philosophy of continual creation and experience of joy is evident in their food and atmosphere. The new Waterfront location includes a dining room, bar, sushi bar and patio. Miku fuses Japanese and West Coast cuisines, with a focus on seafood: the interior is a visual exploration of aquatic form and detail, authenticated with vibrant hand painted murals by a Japanese artist flown in from Kyoto.
