The new Fortis contact centre is the culmination of a two year plan to bring the natural gas supplier’s customer service operations in-house. SSDG Interiors came on board to transform 50,000 SF in a LEED Platinum certified building into a contemporary and efficient space that reflects their core values of environment, innovation and well-being. The result is an open flowing workspace that facilitates collaboration and connection with an emphasis on acoustics, ergonomics and natural light.
