As a leading property and casualty insurance provider, the new space aimed to instill client confidence and foster security through thoughtful design choices. Circular shapes and enclosed areas were strategically incorporated to create a sense of refuge within the bustling office environment.

The relocation for densification provided an opportunity to reimagine the workspace, prioritizing a warm and inviting atmosphere for clients and staff. Multiple collaboration spaces were integrated to encourage seamless communication and support hybrid work models. A flexible hoteling system optimized space utilization.

Despite challenges such as escalating costs and tight timelines, SSDG worked to create a stream of solutions resulting in a successful transformation of the workspace. Examples including; collaboration with a code consultant ensured compliance with non-traditional exit requirements, resulting in a successful transformation. Brand colors and graphics create a cohesive visual identity, while environmental considerations and cutting-edge technology integration enhance productivity and connectivity across national locations.
