Driven by the human experience of space, Bold Properties, a residential real estate development company, has been busy creating innovative modern spaces for clients and felt it was time to take action and extend their philosophy and values to their own office. With a people-centric approach at the heart of all they do, it was only natural Bold decided to marry their office and residential showroom spaces, rendering a more collaborative corporate culture and enabling client relations to flourish.

SSDG took a sophisticated yet comfortable approach to the design of the new space. It was important for both staff and clients alike to feel welcomed and at home. The Art Deco building that houses Bold’s new office further informed the design details and served as inspiration. With brass and dark wood being featured prominently in the building, these classic details were selected as a nod to the significance of the building’s history and the enduring quality evidenced at the core of Bold Properties.
