Not unlike their hair products, the 70,000sf production facility and offices for AG Hair are clean and minimal. The two-level building with production on the lower level and bright, modern offices upstairs evokes a refined simplicity. The office space was designed to fit within the developer’s contract guidelines and a firm budget that was set in place. While the client wanted high-end and a fashion-forward feeling, the challenge was to provide this overall feel without adding cost. Selecting a simple overall palette, and natural finishes with a sense of high contrast in colour and tone, allowed us to give the desired overall look and feel while keeping the costs at a level where the client felt comfortable.
