The Newton Arms Pub, a long-time favorite Surrey watering hole, was nicknamed The Fin, a shortened version of its previous stint as The Dolphin. The owner approached SSDG Interiors to update the pub’s look and feel, and create a new brand; the distinctive new Fin logo anchors the brand and provides a starting point for design direction. The team succeeded in creating an interior that would keep the regular sports bar clientele while attracting a younger demographic for evenings and weekends. The new environment is a comfortable combination of traditional finishes such as dark wood and leather with contemporary metallic elements, LED lighting and bright red accents. Flat screen TVs throughout play homage to its sports bar history.
