The design leverages the existing architectural character as a backdrop, allowing moments of concentrated colour and bold form to emerge with intention and impact.
Large-scale, monolithic elements anchor the space, introducing an unexpected yet deliberate presence of saturated colour set against shadowed, neutral tones. This contrast of experience creates distinct edges throughout the workplace, using material shifts and sharp junctions to define zones without relying on enclosure.
Contrasting materials are deployed to emphasize boundaries and thresholds, reinforcing a spatial rhythm that feels both curated and instinctive. The result is a workplace that feels simultaneously grounded and provocative—honouring the heritage shell while expressing Rethink’s forward-thinking, creative identity through form, colour, and contrast
