Our Principals are passionate about relationship-building. Susan, Julie, Kenna and Lynn believe that their personal interaction with clients is an integral part of the design process. And they’re right.

Susan Steeves, BID RID MBA LEED AP

When asked what she likes most about design Susan will tell you “it’s working with so many interesting people and developing strong and lasting relationships with clients. It is very rewarding to guide organizations through the design process and to see and hear how excited the people who live, work and play in the space are when it’s complete.” What sets SSDG apart? “Our designers are passionate about design and love what they do. They go the extra mile for our clients to make sure that the design process is truly inspirational.”

Kenna Manley, BADID RID

In asking Kenna what it is about design that she loves the most, Kenna emphatically says “The people! Everyday I get to work with a team of passionate and inspired designers who love what they do, and build meaningful, lasting relationships with amazing clients. “The heart of great design,” Kenna explains “is a supportive environment where the designers are collaborative, supportive, and encouraged.
